I already mentioned that the accrue of water can make your skin to go dry.
But the benefits of water on your skin can’t be summarized in just that.
Actually, drinking water can help your skin to “flush out” the toxins that cause pimples, clogged pores, blackheads, etc.

Even though this doesn’t necessarily cause harm to kidneys, they need enough water to get rid of what the body doesn’t need.
